I want to be able to switch and act as a proxy for another user in our organization. How do I enable this setting?

It is possible to enable the setting Allow users to report expenses on behalf of others. As an administrator, you can grant this permission to yourself or to another administrator/user.
Go to the Users tab and click on the user who should receive the permission to switch to another user.
Check the box next to Allow user to register expenses for others.
In the field below, select the name of the user that this person should be able to switch to.
In this example, the user Daniel Costman now has the ability to act as Anton Approver.
Once the settings have been saved, the user needs to log out and log back in to be able to switch to the user they are acting as a proxy for.
