Each organization can choose to set up report numbering either per organization or per employee. This means that as a user, you will receive a unique number for each report. To view the number assigned to a report, click on the report and preview it.For an unsubmitted report, you can find the report number under the To-do tab by opening the report, clicking the three dots in the top right corner, and then selecting Preview PDF report. The report number will be shown in the top right corner of the preview.
For a report that has already been submitted, you can find the report number under the Submitted or Done tab by opening the report, clicking on the Details tab, and then selecting Show to the right of the PDF report.
