Go to the tab Settings - Expense Management - Integrations. Click on the integration you have chosen for your organisation (in the example below we use Fortnox as the integration). Mark the box Use review mode. In the box under When a report is ready for review, send a notification to, select your email address.
When the users submit their reports and the report has been approved, the report is forwarded to the Ready to send step under Reports. The selected email in the setting above receives an email when there are reports to manage under the step Ready to send.
