How do I manage my transactions from Nordea First Card Real Time? (New web)

This article describes how you, as a user, manage your incoming transactions from Nordea First Card (Real Time).
When a purchase is made, the transactions will automatically be created under your user as a draft in the Expenses and To-do tab.
For each expense, a picture of the receipt must be added. You do this by clicking into the transaction and then either dragging the receipt image to the designated field or clicking in the field and selecting your saved file to upload.
If you are using the app, you will also be able to take the picture directly in this view when you click Attach receipt.
Depending on your organisation’s liability settings, the procedures for submitting transactions may vary. If you are unsure of what applies to your organisation, please contact your internal administrator first.

The card holder is responsible for the payment
The user (cardholder) must create a report themselves in order to submit their transactions.

The organization is responsible for the payment
A report is automatically generated for the user when the invoice is sent from the bank at the end of the period. Once the report has been created, you can submit your transactions.
1. Personal liability (Invoice sent to the card holder)
To submit your expenses, you need to create an expense report. Click the plus sign at the bottom of the view and select New Expense Report.
Then click the Add expense to report button and check the expenses you want to include in your report.
Once the expenses have been added to the report, you can submit your report with your transactions to your organisation.
2. Corporate liability (Invoice sent to the company)
When the organisation has the liability for the card, a report with your transactions will automatically be created for your user once the invoice has been sent from the bank. The invoice will then be matched against your transactions.
Please note that expenses cannot be submitted until the invoice has been sent from the bank and the report has been marked as invoiced.
To submit, open your invoiced report and select Submit.
