If you have made a personal purchase with your company card and want to register it as personal, you can mark the transaction as personal before submitting your company card report to the administrator.

Follow the instructions below to see how to manage this in the service:

Under Expenses – To-do, click on the transaction you want to mark as a personal purchase. Note that the transaction may be part of a company card report or listed directly under To-do as a standalone transaction.

Scroll down in the view until you find the option Mark as personal purchase. Click the button to slide it to the right, marking the transaction as a personal purchase. Then click Save to report.

If you then preview your corporate card report by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of the report, you will be able to see in the overview that your transaction is marked as a personal transaction.

Please note that in order to view this overview as shown in the image below, your transaction must be included in a corporate card report.

If you want to remove the personal purchase marking, click the same button you used to mark it as personal so that the switch moves back to the left.

Remember to save your changes.
