With the Review Mode feature, either partner administrators or organisation administrators gain the ability to gather all reports in one place for review before they are sent to the integrations linked to the respective organisation. This article explains how to activate this setting and work with reports in Review Mode.
Organization level
Go to Settings → Expense Management → Report Flow. Then tick the box for Review Mode. Don’t forget to click Save.
Reports submitted by users will now, after approval, appear under the tab Being reviewed. Here, you as the administrator can easily manage the users’ submitted reports if there are any fields you wish to amend.
Once you, as the administrator, have reviewed or made the necessary changes, you can mark the report as ready, and it will proceed in the report chain.
Partner level
To activate Review Mode at the partner level, you need a role that allows you to access the Partner Settings tab. If you do not have this role, you can contact Findity support, and they will help you activate it. The setting that needs to be activated is called Show Report Overview.
Please note that this is a feature that should only be activated at the partner level if you have multiple organizations linked to your partner account. If you only have a few organizations, it is recommended that this feature is only activated at the organization level.
After activating this at the partner level, you will need to activate the setting for each organization that should have report review enabled. See the Organization Level section for how to activate this for each organization. Also, if you wish future organizations to have this feature, you can create a template containing this setting.
Once everything is activated, a new tab called Reports will become visible at the partner level. Here, all reports pending review are summarised, listed per organisation. You can make any necessary changes to the reports, send the report back to the user, or mark the report as ready so it can proceed to the next step in the report chain.
