What is the difference between expense and expense report?

In this article we will describe the difference between the name Expense and Expense report in the system.
Expense
When the user register an expense in the system, it will be saved as an unsubmitted expense. The word "expense" in Findity is a collection of words for all kinds of expenses that the user make. Expense can be milage, per diem, entertainment or just a receipt.
Expenses not attached to a report can't be submitted. The user needs to include the expense in a report to be able to submit it.
Expense report
To be able to submit your expenses you need to create an expense report. Choose to attach all expenses you need to submit, and then send in your report.
