Accounting regulation changes from the tax authority in each country prior to a new year regarding meal benefit, fuel benefit and entertainment will be automatically updated. Any tax-free amounts for per diem and mileage will be automatically updated according to the rules from the tax authority in each country. Important! If you have any taxable amounts added in the settings for per diem and mileage you will have to update them yourselves. This will not be automatically updated. PER DIEM So, if you have added any extra amounts for per diem per year, per half day or full day, remember to update these. Also if you have added your own amounts under Custom hours and amounts/Custom settings abroad. You can read more about how to make these changes .
MILAGE For mileage, the taxable amount is the difference between Tax-free remuneration and Remuneration per vehicle. You can read more about how to make these changes .
It’s also a good idea to go through your settings at the beginning of a new year to check that your amounts and settings are correct according to your company’s needs and rules.
