As the headline say: Why are we missing the dimension in our output file? I can see it in the users report. This article is for companies who already has dimensions uploaded on your organization but missing the field in the report.

Start by click on the the tab Settings - Expense management - Dimensions.

In this example, we have Cost center entered on expense level, present value from: user (can be changed).

Click on the three dots on the right side of the dimension, choose to Edit configuration.

A new box will pop-up on your page. Here you find the settings for the dimension. Go to the field Configure how this dimension will be mapped in the report recipient outputs.

In this example, we want the dimension to be included in the SIE-file and “Findity Demo".

Press Save when you are done.

We will now submit a report from user Kim Findity. The report has Cost center 1-Demo in the expense.

This is the generated SIE-file. The Cost center Findity Demo is now included in the file.
