If your company has the ISO 20022 ile integration, which requires adding your IBAN/BIC, you will need to enter this information in the settings of your user account.

The IBAN/BIC number you provide should match the bank account you wish to receive payments into. If you are unsure of your IBAN/BIC, you can typically find it in your banking app (usually under your account details) or by contacting your bank.

In some cases, it may be sufficient to add only your bank account number. Please check with your organisation's administrators to confirm whether providing your bank account number is necessary.

This article will explain how to add your IBAN/BIC and bank account number in the service.
