In this article, you'll learn how to purchase a license, as well as how to invite a user to Kvitto & Resa.

Firstly, you'll have to sign in to your Fortnox account through Fortnox.com. This is due to the license as well as the fact that it is handled in Fortnox. After you have logged in, you'll find a button with your company name to the right.

After you've clicked the button, choose Manage integrations, where you can purchase additional licenses and invite users.

Under Manage integrations, enter the tab saying Kvitto & Resa, and thats where you'll find the invite button, as well as Order more licenses. Please note that you need to have a license available to assign before you invite a user.

When the user has been invited, they'll receive an email to their linked Fortnox account. In the email, they'll find a link to activate their user. It is important that a license is available to provide to the user, or else the user will receive an error message.

The user will become visible in Kvitto & Resa once they have clicked the activation link and have been assigned their license.
