We collecting the currencies from https://openexchangerates.org/ and we take the currency for the day the purchase is made. 

If you want to change the currency or the exchange rate in you expense you can click on the tab and do the change manually in your expense.

When your expense is submitted it's not longer possible to make changes in the expense. If you need to change in your submitted expense, we advise you to contact the administrators on your company or your nearest manager.
