How do we retrieve most recent data from our integration?

If you have an integration where you collect data (like chart of accounts, cost centers, projects etc.) from the integration to the system (for example from Fortnox, Xledger and Visma eEkonomi) then it's possible to do a synchronization in addition to the synchronization that is done every night. This feature can be useful if you have added a new value in the integration that you would like to be available in the service as soon as possible. 

Go to Settings - Expense management - Integrations on organization level. Click on the integration from where you would like to collect data from.

The settings for the integration will open in a new window and here you have to click on the tab Sync status and then choose Retrieve most recent data from… 


You can now see that the dates will be updated for the sectors that could be synchronized. Click on the "X" in the upper right corner of the pop-up window to close it and then you will be able to find the new data in the system.
