I can't choose a specific project in the app that I know that I should be able to choose. What do I do? (New web)

This article is intended for you as a user and explains what to do if you want to link a project to your expense but cannot find the specific project in the app – even though it is available on the web.
As a first step, try logging out and then logging back into the app. To log out, click on the menu icon (the three lines in the top right corner) and select Sign out. Then log in again and check if the project is now visible.
If the problem persists, we recommend contacting your organisation’s administrators. They can verify that the project has been created and properly configured in the organisation’s settings.
