Make it easy to report mileage for business trips by connecting the service to a fleet management service. Once the integration is set up, all trips are automatically recorded and available for import into the system, allowing you to quickly and smoothly submit them for accounting and reimbursement.
You get accurate and complete documentation for all your business trips directly in the app, with support for both private cars and company cars.
This guide shows you how to connect your fleet management log to the service.
How do you set up the integration?
Start by going to the Marketplace tab in the left-hand menu of your organisation and activate the ABAX integration under Fleet management.
Then go to the Settings tab and select Driver's Log. Click Add service there.

A dialog box like the one below will open, where you can enter a description for your integration. In this case, we’ll name it Abax.
Click Save when you’re done.

After clicking Save, you will automatically be redirected to the ABAX login page. There, log in with your user credentials for their service to complete the integration.

Once you have logged in, the integration with ABAX is activated.
Go to the Driver's log settings and select which trip types should be available for the organisation.
Then click Connect driver and choose which users should use the feature.

Now go to Settings → Expense Management → Expense Categories → Mileage.
- Click Create new category.
- Enter a description for the category.
- In the menu on the right, under the Fleet Management tab, select Abax as the integration.

The setup is now complete!
Users can now create a mileage claim and import their trips from the driving log by clicking Add travel route and then selecting Fleet management trips.
