Payment method gives you the opportunity to set different accounts to different payment methods. A payment method can e.g. be a company card or spending with a private card or cash.

With payment methods, you can put all expenses made with a company card into a separate account in the bookkeeping and thus distinguish these expenses from the expenses for which the employee must be compensated.
