Yes! When you make an expense in Findity and add the receipt Findity will automatically interpret the receipt and automatically add amount, VAT, date and category. It doesn't matter if you take a photo of the receipt, add an existing photo or add a file (e.g. a PDF).

Yes, when you add a user, an invitation email is sent to the email address specified on the user. The email contains instructions for how the user should activate and access Findity.
A foreign receipt is registered as any other receipt. As seen in this example the currency is Brittish pounds but the organization's default currency is Swedish Krona. Therefor a new field, Exchange rate, is visible. Findity will automatically, using daily updated exchange rates, transform your expense to the correct currency in the expense report.

To have access to the organization mode where it's possible add user, change settings and handle sent in reports.
