> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://help.findity.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # What can we add under the tab Reports workflow and Advanced settings? **This applies to the following countries** * All countries If you go to the tab *Settings - Expense management - Report workflow - Advanced settings*, you will be able to choose this settings: **Reporting currency** - choose the reporting currency on your company. **Exchange rate adjustment** - This setting means that the percentage you add is automatically added or removed when the user creates an expense with another currency. **Maximum size of receipt image** - Enter a value if you want the users to have a maximum size of the receipt image **Maximum number of expenses in report** - Enter a value if you want the users for example only submit five expenses per report. **Do not use tax accounting for abroad purchases** - Mark the box if you don't want abroad purchases to use TAX. **Fail on error when sending reports in bulk** - If some report has an error when you going to generate the file, all reports will stopp and the the job will be interrupted.
