# Can I change the tax-free remuneration for mileage?

Click on the tab *Settings - Expense management - Expense categories - Milage.*

Remuneration type need to be *Taxable*. Then click on the arrow up to go to the settings for remuneration. In the box for *Remuneration* fill in the total amount for the category. Press *Save* when you'r done with the settings.
