# Are the users invited immediately when I add them?

When you add a user, you can choose if the invitation email will be sent immediately or later. If you want to sent it when you add the user, mark the box next to *Send invitation email to the listed users.*

The the invitation email contains instructions for how the user should activate and access the system. If you want to sent the invite later, unmark the box and press *Save*.

When you want to send the invite, mark the box next to the user and choose to *Send invitation.*
