# Under the tab dashboard there is a overview with different columns of information. What do these mean?

This columns are statistics over the organisation. The numbers in the columns are updated every night.

If the tab for *Users* is filtered on "Last three month" the shown number is the current number of users, minus the highest number for three months ago.

The other tabs for *Reports, Expenses, Milage and Per diem* shows number of submitted reports and expenses with this categories on your organisation. The columns is just statistics and if you as a administrator delete or re-send the reports, the number will not update.
