# How do I delete our organisation in the service?

Before you delete your organisation, we advise you to check:

* **That all users have submitted all the expenses from their *Private mode* that they wish to submit**

* **That all reports that should be submitted at organisation level have been submitted**

* **That all reports that you wish to save have been downloaded from the service**

* **That you have downloaded all files that you need**
  (Support can assist here by exporting the entire report archive for the organisation into a ZIP file, which will then be available for download in the system. This file will include all submitted and paid reports)

You can now delete your account in the service   by clicking on the tab *Settings - My organisation - Company details - Delete organisation.*

A new dialog box will open where you fill in the reason for choosing to close the account, and here you also have the option to write a comment.

After that, select Delete.

The organisation is then deleted immediately and it is not possible to access the service or the history after the organisation is deleted.
