# How do you invite consultants to Kvitto & Resa?

In this article, you'll learn how to invite a consultant to *Kvitto & Resa*.

Firstly, you'll have to sign in to your Fortnox account through[Fortnox.com](https://apps2.fortnox.se/app/2720ca0240194604b032757a0cb7d349/common/lobby). Make sure the accounting firm is linked to the company for which they will be a consultant.

After you have logged in, you'll find a button with the company name to the right.

After you've clicked the button, chooseManage integrations, where you can invite the consultant.

UnderManage integrations, enter the tab sayingKvitto & Resa,and that's where you'll find the invite button.

When the consultant has been invited, they'll receive an email to their linked Fortnox account. In the email, they'll find a link to activate their consultant user.

Please note, when the consultant is approving their permissions in the activation link, it's important that they **first** choose their accounting firm **and then** the company they will be a consultant for. Otherwise, the system will assume the consultant should be set up as a user and be assigned a license.

The consultant will become visible in Kvitto & Resa once they have clicked the activation link.
