# How do I send a submitted report back to the user?

To send back an already submitted report you have to go to *Reports* and the tab *Sent* in the *Reports* view in *Organisation* mode. Click on the three dots on the right side of the report, choose to *Send back to the user*.

You will now get a pop-up box asking you to write a message to the user if needed. Then choose *Send*, to send back the report to the user.

Please note that it's also possible to send back the report to the user, in the same way as above, in the tabs *For approval*, *Ready to send* and *Sent* in the *Reports* view.
