# How do I cancel the connection to corporate cards on the organisation?

Please note that before disconnecting the corporate card, all of the user's transactions/corporate card reports should be handled. If your organisation has manually managed the reports, they can be [deleted](/en/corporate-cards-administrator/how-do-i-delete-a-corporate-card-report). If they have not been managed, the user must submit them before the card connection can be disconnected.

Once the corporate card reports have been fully handled, the card connection can be disconnected.

**Step 1:**

You need to contact our bank about the connection to the user should be removed and no more transactions should be sent.

**Step 2:**

In the service you can remove the settings on the user. Go to the tab *Card management* and click on the tree dots on the right side of the page. Choose to *Delete*.
